2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders of the CV Upgrade service and its add-ons placed on https://cv.aviation-job.com by consumers and businesses ("you"). Deviating terms of the customer do not apply.
3. The service
We rewrite the CV you upload for a target market and target role you select, using an automated AI service and our aviation-specific templates. You receive the result as Word documents (.docx): a CV adapted to the target market and a one-page snapshot, plus any add-ons you ordered (further country versions, translations). Before the documents are created you review the proposed text and can edit it; nothing becomes final without your approval.
The service is an automated text and document service. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any employment outcome. The content is based on the information in your CV; you are responsible for its accuracy and for checking the result, including any placeholders in square brackets, before you use it.
4. Prices and payment
CV Upgrade EUR 19.00 · additional country version EUR 9.00 · translation EUR 9.00 per language. All prices are final prices in euros. For customers in the EU they include German VAT of 19 %; for customers outside the EU no VAT is charged. Payment is due immediately by card (Stripe) or PayPal. An invoice is sent by email after payment.
5. Conclusion of contract and delivery
By clicking "Continue to payment" and completing the payment you place a binding order; the contract is concluded when we confirm the payment by email. Processing starts immediately after payment; the documents are usually available within a few minutes after your approval of the reviewed text and are also sent to your email address.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Withdrawal instruction
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mologico GmbH, Kalbacher Hauptstrasse 42a, 60437 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, email info@aviation-job.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed the service, and the performance began only after you gave your express prior consent and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us. You give this consent by ticking the corresponding box in the order form. The service is fully performed when your documents have been created and made available for download.
You may also use the EU model withdrawal form (Annex I (B) of Directive 2011/83/EU, eur-lex.europa.eu), but a simple email with your order number is sufficient.
7. Your data
Your uploaded CV is used once for processing and deleted immediately afterwards. The AI result and the generated documents are stored on our server in Germany, outside the public web directory, for 14 days so you can download them again; then they are deleted automatically. You can delete them earlier on your download page. Invoice data (name, invoice address, amount, invoice number) is kept for the statutory retention period. Your CV is transmitted once to the AI service Anthropic (API) for processing; it is not used to train AI models. Details: Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Any further liability is excluded.
9. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
